Example 1
The skills swap
A builder teaches a young father basic carpentry. The young father, an accountant, sets up the builder's books properly. Both grow — neither charges a cent.
Example 2
Debt-free by 40
A brother commits to a five-year plan to clear personal debt. The brotherhood walks with him — checking in monthly. By year four he is debt-free and now coaches two others.
